Jessica has been dancing as long as she has been walking. At the age of three, she started in ballet in Los Angeles at Ballet Arts Studio. At the age of nine, she started studying tap and jazz as well as continuing studying ballet with pointe work. Jessica has performed in television and movies and had worked in the industry for over 10 years before moving to the Bay Area. Moving to San Francisco, she received her B.A. from SFSU in Dance with an emphasis in Performance & Choreography. While in college, she spent a summer studying at the Alvin Ailey Dance. Jessica found Dance/10 while working at Dance Magazine and reading an article on the first trip the Tap Dancing Christmas Trees took to participate in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade in New York City. She loves being a member of Dance/10 and sharing her passion for teaching and being an active part of our community.
